The smartwatch can automatically monitor your real-time heart rate, manually detect your blood oxygen(spo2), and provide a comprehensive analysis of your sleep quality (deep sleep, light sleep, and wake-up time) to help you develop a healthier lifestyle. You can switch over 100 dials UIs, which can be customized. The G-TiDE S1 Lite comes with an extra blue silicone strap. Thanks to the IP68 waterproof rating it is water-resistant up to 10 meters. The G-TiDE S1 Lite Smartwatch features BLE5.2+BLE audio dual mode, Bluetooth call & message notification. It is compatible with Android 4.4 and above and IOS 9.0 and above.
