Welcome to Rajshahi TecH (www.rajshahitech.com). Before buying any product from Rajshahi TecH it is important to pay attention to the terms and conditions and warranty policies. Because the sale of any product means that the buyer has purchased consent with terms and condition mentioned below. The site reserve the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this terms and conditions of use at any time.

Warranty Policies:

  1. Customer will bear the transportation cost/delivery cost for any warranty/service related issues.
  2. Quality of the product depends on manufacturer. You cannot return a product if you don’t like the quality.
  3. In Case of any defect due to careless use such as getting wet in water, breaking, burning, injury, scratch mark, etc it will not be covered by warranty.
7 Days Replacement Warranty :
  1. The common 7 days product warranty that comes with a purchase is basically manufacturer’s warranty. If you found any problem you should inform us as soon as possible. The warranty covers and defects caused by mechanical or electrical failures. The coverage is limited and it doesn’t include any accidental damage to your products.
  2. Packet Damage or Product Scratch is not capable for replacement.
  3. You must bring the full box of the product, the warranty sticker and the memo with the product.
  4. Any delay beyond 7 days will result is no return or replacement.
  5. After reaching that product in our hands, normally replacement time 3 to 7 days. Sometimes it may take longer depending on the stock. If for any reason we fail to deliver the product, the full amount of the product will be refunded. (Refund time 3-7 days)
Company Warranty :

Official product’s comes with official warranty. You can see their warranty policies from their official website. If you purchased a official product you can get that warranty. You can clime that warranty from us. Also you can go their servicing center to claim that warranty.

  • You must bring the full box of the product, the warranty sticker and the memo with the product.

Misplaced Order:

  1. Check the product box and match it with the invoice.
  2. Let us know as soon as possible.
  3. Do not break the seal/original packaging of your received product and conserve the delivery packaging and invoice.
  4. Any exception will result is no return.

Pre-order :

You have to pay advance 30% tk of your product for Pre-order. You can also pay full amount of your product. We will call you to give a estimate date of delivery. If we fail to deliver for any reason, you will get your advance taka refund. The price of the pre-order product may change slightly‌.

Delivery Details:

Inside Rajshahi our super fast delivery is on. Inside Rajshahi City we are delivering our all products within 24 business hours with Cash On Delivery (COD).                   Delivery Cost : 40/-

Our local delivery partner is Dakmama.

Outside Rajshahi we are delivering within 72 business hours. Outside Rajshahi there is no Cash On Delivery option and Home delivery option. You have to pay full of amount of your products with others charge. You will get the product from courier office. Courier Charge : 100/-
